PCIe-PoE312M乃世界首款採用 M12 X-Coded 接頭的 PCIe 卡，具備 Gigabit Ethernet 及 乙太網路供電（PoE+）功能。PCIe-PoE312M 的 M12 接頭搭配宸曜的專利機構設計*，採用 CNC 加工的鋁座，接頭外殼鎖點可承受來自纜線/接頭的額外應力，提供極強固可靠的乙太網路或 PoE 裝置纜線連接。
PCIe-PoE312M 具備 4 個 Gigabit Ethernet 連接埠，採用伺服器級的 Intel® I350 網路晶片。晶片本身具備多種功能，包括總和檢查碼卸載、分割卸載及智慧插斷產生/調節等，可增加整體乙太網路效能並減少 CPU 使用率。網卡本身亦整合 IEEE 802.3at PoE+ 供電設備功能，可對連接的受電裝置供電最多 25.5W。
對成長快速的 IoT、邊緣運算及強固型監控應用來說，可靠的乙太網路連線相當重要。宸曜的PCIe-PoE312M 網卡結合強化的 M12 接頭、PoE+ 及 Gigabit Ethernet，不僅適用於多數嵌入式電腦，連接性更是無比強固。
