Defense & Military Computing
Fanless, IP69K-waterproof MIL-STD computer platforms that deliver GPU-accelerated AI inference at the tactical edge — from unmanned ground vehicles to mobile command systems operating from −40°C to 70°C.
Mission Challenges
Defense and unmanned platforms operate in conditions that destroy commercial hardware. SEMIL was engineered against the three failure modes that matter most.
Shock & Vibration
UGV, USV and vehicle-mounted compute is hammered by continuous vibration and impact shock. Conventional rackmounts shake loose, lose storage, and fail connectors in the field.
Extreme Temperatures
From desert ambient to high-altitude cold-start, mission compute must run without fans (dust, water, EMI) and without thermal throttling that erodes AI inference throughput precisely when it is needed.
Limited & Contested Bandwidth
Tactical links are narrow, intermittent and adversary-aware. Round-tripping sensor data to the cloud is operationally unacceptable for C4ISR, robotic platforms and forward command nodes.
Capabilities
Neousys delivers rugged defense edge AI platforms with sealed IP67/IP69K design, vehicle-ready power, and GPU computing for real-time vision and autonomous mission systems.
IP69K / IP67 Rated Chassis
Fully sealed enclosure rated for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown (IP69K) and continuous submersion (IP67) — survives mud, salt spray and decontamination cycles without environmental seals to maintain.
GPU Inference
Server-class Tensor Core GPU runs computer-vision, sensor-fusion and generative inference workloads at the tactical edge — fanless, with sustained throughput beyond commercial thermal envelopes.
MIL-STD-810H · 461G · 1275D
Qualified for environmental ruggedness (810H), conducted/radiated EMI emissions and susceptibility (461G CE102 / RE102 / RS103), and 28V military vehicle power transients (1275D).
8–48V DC · Ignition Control
Wide-range 8–48V DC input with programmable ignition power control and SuperCap UPS supports vehicle integration and graceful shutdown upon power loss to preserve data and mitigate hardware damage.
