
Introduction
Neousys intelligent frame grabber cards are innovative industrial-grade solutions featuring NVIDIA's Jetson Orin™ NX / Jetson Xavier™ NX System-on-Module for AI capability upgrade on existing solutions. By installing the intelligent card, it can bring up to 100 TOPS AI performance to the existing 19" rack-mount IPC or expansion box PCs.
For ease of integrating into existing systems or computers, Neousys carefully designed the cards' power, thermal and mechanical aspects, allowing the cards to consume minimal energy, expend less heat, and use less resources while maximizing AI performance.
With the support of GMSL, GbE PoE+ or USB3 ports, the cards allow system integrators and developers to integrate or upgrade AI capabilities for autonomous vehicles, AMR, AI inspections, and more.

Standalone AI Computation
Offer up to 100 TOPS INT8 of AI inference performance and consume up to 25W of power. The cards can collaborate efficiently with the host computer, and offload the deep-learning image processing from host computer by pre-processing the data.

Available in standard single-slot and half-length form factor, the frame grabber cards can be installed into existing 19" rack-mount IPC or expansion box PC. They are also Windows and Linux compatible.

Intelligent Video Analytics
PCIe-NX154PoE offers 4x PoE+ ports for IVA applications on roadside or in-vehicle.
- 4x 2.5GbE PoE+ ports with a 50W total PoE power budget to connect and power industrial GigE or IP cameras
- Single slot form factor that can be installed into a PCIe x4 slot with Gen2 x1 signals for host communication
- Provides 100 TOPS AI inference performance and capable of up to four simultaneous streams of 4K@30FPS video decoding

AI Inspection
PCIe-NX156U3 can be easily integrated into existing AOI systems for AI upgrade.
- Enables AI inference with 6x USB 3.2 ports for existing 19" rack-mount/ commercial off-the-shelf box AOI systems
- Offloads deep-learning vision computing from the host computer, actions such as image capture, pre-processing, and inference
- Can upgrade legacy machine vision systems to leverage deep learning-based image processing

Autonomous Vehicles
By connecting with low glass-to-glass latency GMSL2 cameras, PCIe-GL26 enables GMSL2 camera deployment on existing x86 computers for autonomous vehicle applications.
- Obtains high-quality images with minimal latency in outdoor lighting conditions
- Provides raw video streaming with 3-exposure HDR, LFM, auto exposure, and auto white balance
- Provides up to 22 streams of simultaneous 1080p@30FPS video encoding capability
- Synchronizes camera triggers by GPS PPS along with onboard MCU

Autonomous Mobile Robot
PCIe-GL26 can connect up to 3x Intel® RealSense™ 3D cameras for mobile robot applications.
