Der Nuvo-9160GC ist ein robuster Edge-KI-Computer, der durch Nutzung von Intels 14./13./12. Gen-Plattform und NVIDIAs 150W-RTX-GPU-Karte überragende CPU- und GPU-Leistung bringt.

Intels 14./13./12. Gen-Prozessoren nutzen die neueste Intel® 7-Fotolithografie und bieten bis zu 24 Cores/32 Threads und ermöglichen damit verglichen mit den vorherigen Intel 10./11. Gen-Plattformen eine um den Faktor 2 bessere Leistung. Die neueste 150W-NVIDIA RTX™-GPU trägt dabei bis zu 19.2 TFLOPS an Leistung im FP32-Benchmarking bei und bietet damit die Leistung, die KI-Inferenz-Analyseanwendungen für mehrere Kameras in Echtzeit benötigen. wie in der Fertigung zur Sichtprüfung, zur intelligenten Videoanalyse zur Überwachung oder für intelligente Transportsysteme (ITS) oder auch für autonome mobile Roboter (AMR).

Der Nuvo-9160GC nutzt ein bewährtes Thermodesign, das einen zuverlässigen Betrieb des Systems von -25° C bis 60° C garantiert. Das Gehäusedesign des Computers mit passiver Kühlung auch am Motherboard und ein abgeschottetes patentiertes Design* für die 150W-GPU-Karte in Nousys patentierter Erweiterungskassette*. Seine Unterstützung für sechs GigE-Kameras (bzw. IP-Kameras) und füc sechs USB 3-Kameras macht den Nuvo-9160GC ideal für verschiedene Vision-basierte KI-Anwendungsbereitstellungen. Daneben bietet das System flexible Optionen zur Datenspeicherung, darunter ein M.2 2280 Gen4x4-Steckplatz für NVMe mit Hochgeschwindigkeitszugriff für Lese- und Schreiboperationen bis zu 7000 MB/s sowie Platz für zwei 2,5-Zoll-SATA-HDD-/SSD-Laufwerke für mehr Speicherkapazität.

Mit seiner verbesserten Leistung und umfassender E/A-Ausstattung ist der Nuvo-9160GC die perfekte Edge-KI-Inferenzplattform für Industrieumgebungen, von der Fertigungsautomatisierung über Smart Agriculture bis hin zu autonomen Maschinen.

[2]The system is designed to tolerant 8V to 48V voltage fluctuation. The minimal nominal voltage is required with different system configuration. For system with 35W CPU and 150W GPU, 12V or above nominal DC voltage is recommended. For a system with a 65W CPU and 150W GPU, with or without additional PoE+ PD and/or high-watt PCIe cards, a nominal DC voltage of 24V or above is recommended. Alternatively, users may select an appropriate DC input voltage by considering both the 16A current limitation of the DC input connector and the total system power load.
[3] For sub-zero operating temperature, a wide temperature HDD or Solid State Disk (SSD) is required.
[4] For CPU operating at 65W mode, the highest operating temperature shall be limited to 50°C and thermal throttling may occur when sustained full-loading applied. Users can configure CPU power in BIOS to allow higher operating temperature.
